SALES REPRESENTATIVE

ABOUT THE JOB

We have an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in residential real estate sales. In the role of Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the execution of pre-construction condominium sales programs across a high quality portfolio of projects in the GTA for one of Canada’s largest builders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

On a day-to-day basis your responsibilities will include:

  • Execute approved sales programs to adhere to the sales mandate
  • Generate sales, meet and exceed sales and pricing targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing agent partners locally and globally
  • Prepare sales presentations and marketing materials
  • Provide timely and proactive feedback to management regarding the effectiveness of sales programs and incentives
  • Provide input on sales and marketing strategy, including product development, marketing initiatives, public relations, events and project activations
  • Collaborate with Sales Administration, Marketing, Legal, Construction and Customer Care departments to deliver the best client experience
  • Thorough understanding of the sales process of pre-construction development and agreements of purchase & sale
  • Conduct market research and stay up to date on competition and market trends
  • Analyze inventory and industry opportunities to anticipate future market demands and product releases
  • Other duties as directed by the management team

QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed, candidates must possess the following combination of education, experience and skills:

  • University degree or college diploma
  • Licensed Realtor, through RECO, in good standing
  • 2+ years of real estate sales experience, with preference to experience selling pre-construction condominiums
  • Strong communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools
  • Able to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess a sense of urgency, accountability and job ownership
  • Strong work ethic with ability to work long hours during the launch phase of a project
  • A team player who is able to handle pressure with professionalism and tact
  • Ability to work from different sales office locations across the GTA, driver’s license preferred
  • Fluency in a second language is preferred
